Staying well-hydrated is essential for cleansing and repairing during the healing process, so make it a habit to drink water and herbal tea throughout the day. Wear comfortable clothing. Set or start an intention prior to the session. It is advisable to avoid alcohol and substances for 48 hours prior to the session, as these may trigger emotional responses.
