Your skin reflects your well-being. By addressing our nervous system, lymphatic system, tension, emotions, and stress, we can uncover imbalances affecting the skin. Holistic approaches, including botanical remedies, chakra system, and gut awareness, offer natural solutions for improving skin health. I use plant-based treatments to nourish, hydrate, and soothe irritation. By promoting both internal wellness and external care we create a pathway to radiant skin.

There will be an intake form to be completed on-line. Once you arrive we will conduct a detailed consultation to establish a connection and craft a facial that best suits your current needs and future goals. After the session concludes, we will create and present a home-care plan to support you in continuing your wellness journey beyond the Temple.

Traditional Facials

    To begin, I will use aromatherapy to help settle your peripheral nervous system. The session includes, oil cleanse, targeted second cleanse, basic facial massage, fruit enzyme is applied to encourage healthy skin turn over, and a personalized superfood facial mask. In addition there will be a scalp massage using Gua Sha, neck and shoulder is included. Lastly finishing products and my closing ritual.

  • Energize-Ground-Balance

    A full-body and womb work ritual focused on subtle energy balancing. Using aromatherapy, gemstones, and herb-infused oils that can release stagnation and blockages, promoting balance, deep relaxation, and overall wellbeing. It aims to align imbalances caused by mental and physical stress. Additional massages are included: neck, shoulder, lymphatic drainage, facial emotional release and marma point pressure. Bio Field Tuning forks will assist with aligning the chakra energetic field.

    A holistic body treatment massage focusing on stimulating the natural drainage of the lymph nodes, in order to eliminate waste and toxins from the body. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a slow rhythmic “pumping” manual technique intended to stimulate and mobilise stagnant lymph through tiny ‘one-way’ valves for the removal of waste from the tissue.

    Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage is often sought for its potential benefits, which may include reducing edema (swelling), improving circulation, boosting the immune system, and detoxifying the body. It is sometimes used as part of post-surgery recovery, especially in cosmetic surgery cases, to help reduce swelling and bruising.

    Intraoral massage and Brazilian body massage power couple, known for their detoxifying and sculpting effects. The Intraoral facial massage focuses on the muscles inside and outside the mouth, helping to release tension, focus on lymphatic flow, promote circulation TMJ release,, help move stored emotion.

    On the other hand, the Brazilian body massage is a full-body treatment that combines deep tissue techniques with elements of lymphatic drainage. This massage is designed to sculpt and contour the body, enhance skin elasticity. Both treatments are not only effective in promoting physical well-being but also contribute to a sense of relaxation and self-care, leaving clients feeling refreshed.
