    To begin, I will use aromatherapy to help settle your peripheral nervous system. The session includes, oil cleanse, targeted second cleanse, facial massage, fruit enzyme is applied to encourage healthy skin turn over, and a personalized superfood facial mask. In addition there will be a scalp massage using Gua Sha, reflexology, neck and shoulder is included. Lastly finishing products and my closing ritual.

    A holistic body treatment massage focusing on stimulating the natural drainage of the lymph nodes, in order to eliminate waste and toxins from the body. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a slow rhythmic “pumping” manual technique intended to stimulate and mobilise stagnant lymph through tiny ‘one-way’ valves for the removal of waste from the tissue.
